This individual will lead both the sales and marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive and effective strategy to attract new residents and build strong relationships with the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve occupancy goals.

Conduct tours and consultations with prospective residents and their families.

Build relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, nursing homes, rehabs, physicians, and community organizations.

Manage the sales process from lead generation to move-in.

Track sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Marketing:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.

Manage all aspects of marketing, including advertising, public relations, social media, website development, and collateral materials.

Conduct market research to identify target audiences and their needs.

Plan and execute special events and promotional campaigns.

Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.

Manage the marketing budget effectively.

Supervise and mentor the marketing team.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or senior living.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales and occupancy goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Proficiency in G-Suites, CRM software, and marketing software.

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Passion for serving seniors and their families.
