Technical Lead
to join our playable ad team. You will be responsible for defining and implementing development standards, guiding our developers, and building a library of game mechanics, visual effects, and animations. This role is crucial in streamlining our development process, reducing time to market, and ensuring high-quality playable ads.Responsibilities
Define, enforce development and R&D standards, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and scalability;Develop and implement code review procedures to maintain consistent standards and promote best practices;Manage the development roadmap, aligning with business needs and prioritizing projects effectively;Lead the development of a component library for game mechanics, visual FX, and animations;Build and integrate the library with playable editors, empowering game designers to fine-tune mechanics and create countless playable variations;Develop pipeline tools for efficient asset creation and integration.Requirements
Experience as a front-end developer (5+ years);Proven experience in leading and managing software development teams;Deep understanding of front-end technologies and best practices;Strong programming skills in JS, TS, Node.JS;Experience building and maintaining component libraries and reusable code modules;Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing methodologies;Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.Advantages
