A day in the life of a Manager, Brand Marketing Lifestyle (Vans AMER) at Vans looks a little like this.As the Manager, Brand Marketing Lifestyle (Vans AMER), you will play a pivotal role within Vans’ Americas Brand division, spearheading our strategic initiatives tailored to the lifestyle consumer category. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding our integrated marketing framework, propelling our most compelling lifestyle narratives through meticulous cross-functional coordination and implementation. Collaborating closely with the global lifestyle marketing team, you will ensure a seamless understanding of our regional imperatives, while also forging a strong alliance with our regional lifestyle product team to synchronize on key commercial objectives.Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with Vans’ vision for the lifestyle consumer category.Identify growth opportunities within the market and devise strategies to capitalize on them.Analyze consumer trends and insights to steer the brand’s direction in the lifestyle segment.Manage the lifestyle coordinator.Integrated Marketing Management:

Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.Coordinate with various departments such as sales, product merchandising, and Omni channel to ensure cohesive brand messaging.Manage budgets and resources to deliver efficient and effective marketing initiatives.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams to drive the planning and execution of marketing strategies.Drive communication between different departments to maintain alignment on brand goals and initiatives.Lead Lifestyle Integrated Marketing plans and drive cross functional execution.Global and Regional Team Partnership:

Liaise with the global lifestyle marketing team to adapt global strategies to fit regional nuances.Share regional market insights with the global team to inform worldwide strategy.Collaborate with the regional product team to ensure product offerings meet market demands and support marketing efforts.Commercial Alignment:

Align marketing strategies with commercial priorities to drive sales and market share.Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectives.Engage in partnership development to expand brand presence and consumer reach.What do you need to succeed? Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5-7 years of experience and professional achievements.The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

Comprehensive understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels, inclusive of on-site, social media, paid media, in-store and experiential.Extensive knowledge of youth & skate culture, fashion Industries, music, art and design.Self-motivated and have a burning curiosity to innovate, learn and grow.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and integrated campaigns, set goals, problem solve and prioritize tasks.Strong communicator who is comfortable presenting regularly.Ability to lead and influence within a matrix organization.Ability to work independently and acquire new knowledge as necessary for tasks or projects.Ability to track and manage budgets.Ability to work in an open environment with cross-functional partners.What do we offer you?
