We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Lead to join our team and drive the design and user experience for our digital products. As a UX Lead, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, engaging, and seamless experiences for our users.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring the creation of user-centric designs that align with business goals.Develop and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using industry-standard tools and technologies.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate design decisions, and iterate on design solutions.Architect data visualization solutions that effectively communicate complex information in an intuitive and visually appealing manner.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate user needs and business objectives into compelling design solutions.Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve and evolve the user experience.Qualifications:Proven expertise in UX design principles and methodologies, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and outcomes.Proficiency in wireframing tools and technologies such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.Experience conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing.Strong understanding of data visualization principles and experience in designing data-centric user interfaces.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Experience working in an Agile environment.Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status
