The Lead Director, Multi-Carrier Solutions Marketing will set the marketing strategy and partner on execution of the consumer-first, digital-first marketing plan. This strategic thinker will optimize the digital funnel and drive growth across the customer acquisition and retention journey. They will stay current on evolving media, technology and analytical trends and work with a cross functional team to bring these items to life. The ideal candidate will articulate a clear vision and motivate the team to deliver against the vision:Creates the marketing strategy and vision for direct to consumer, digital-first multi-carrier offerings, targeting Medicare and IFP audiences, based on business priorities, data, industry trends, and customer insightsNurtures a new brand in the marketplace to drive growth through creation of a trusted relationship with consumersManages the forecasting of the full-funnel Marketing activities across offerings to ensure the delivery of goals including new member or agent acquisition and retentionEnsures mix of spend is optimized towards driving growthDevelops and refine tactics across the digital funnel to ensure optimal consumer experience and performanceSupports the strategy and execution of digital tactics including search, email, social and contentPartners with stakeholders to envision and execute seamless omnichannel member and prospect journeysSupports the roadmap and development of a digital shopping & enrollment experience, leveraging consumer feedback and insights from across multiple channelsCollaborates with cross functional team members leaders from across the enterprise to shape and influence digital and marketing approaches that utilize the breadth of CVS Health channelsRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in digital and/or marketing strategyLocated in one of our 4 CVS Health hubs: Wellesley, Hartford, Woonsocket, or NYCAbility to work Hybrid Model (in office Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday)Preferred QualificationsExperience developing and executing a digital marketing strategy to drive growthStrong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for enhancing the customer journeyStrong interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAble to influence and partner with team members across a large, complex and diverse organizationHighly communicative team player, adjusts to working style/needs of others to establish strong relationshipsDemonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations, and support material to successfully implement strategy or change initiativesProven success in navigating and succeeding in a highly matrixed organizationStrong grasp of new technologies, competitive landscapes, marketplace, and regulatory environment.Strong PowerPoint skillsMedicare experience is a plus, not requiredEducationBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experience; an MBA or other advanced graduate degree is preferredPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
