Our client is searching for a Product Illustrator to join a team of creatives that designs and produces animatronic-like figures, structures, and props for holiday seasons.

Product Illustrator

Direct Hire/ Full time
Compensation:
$60,000-$65,000 based on experience
Location:
Berkley, CA - on site required.
Responsibilities:
Create spec sheets and detail renders to show original content creation specifics such as life-like colors, measurements, costume, sculpted angles, shadows, and lighting details.
Determine audio cues to accompany products.
Produce detailed illustrations to show art direction using CAD renders or photos.
Assist, as needed, to create PPT presentations for new products.
Edit products based on internal and external reviews.
Occasional travel required.
Requirements:
Must provide portfolio to be eligible for consideration.
Must be a San Francisco Bay Area local.
Anatomical illustration and drawing ability; character expression, postures, and poses.
Expert knowledge in Adobe Suite including Photoshop and Lightroom; familiar with Outlook/Windows.
Experience with CAD, Pen (i.e., Wacom), and Gaming Laptop.
Excellent communication and team collaboration.
BA or MFA in Design or similar field required; 3+ years of experience in character or product design.
Bonus:
Experience in clay modeling, sculpture, or fine arts!
