The business model facilitates efficient entry into Network Audio for advertisers and provides support for brands' corporate social initiatives. The network also offers spot production, targeted customize content, and media extensions such as social media, live reads, and endorsements for national or regional media placement.

About The Role : Nueva Network is looking for a strategic, results-driven communications professional to join our company, reporting to CEO/CRO.

Working for the fastest-growing Audio Network in the US today to learn and grow while creating industry-leading communications. Our work demands diverse skill sets including experience in developing communications plans; earned media strategy; influencer relations; content creation; reputation building and protection; analytics and insights; and more.

This person will collaborate with company leadership, marketing and brand partners, and agencies to build and lead strategic, integrated, and customer-facing communications programs across channels that highlight our human-centered, tech-forward products and offerings to the target audience and bolster perception of Nueva Network amongst key audiences.

This position requires exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; solid understanding of and experience working with traditional and social media; experience with influencer identification and management; experience leading projects and teams to meet objectives; and the ability to build trusted relationships - with both internal and external stakeholders - while operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and an ability to successfully build in white space.

Primary Responsibilities:

Exhibit a deep understanding of and ability to communicate the benefits, features, and key insights related to enterprise and business goals.

Work closely and engage with key stakeholders to build trusted relationships.

Identify themes, topics, and content that resonate with target audiences and meet strategic business objectives.

Leverage data and insights to inform and measure success of narratives and influence programming.

Understand, identify, and effectively navigate potential program risks and sensitivities.

Ability to work seamlessly as part of a team, in an open and collaborative environment.

Lead Integrated Communications Strategies:

Identify news hooks and agile earned media opportunities that support business objectives and coordinate outreach, leveraging key contacts and managing relationships to ensure media coverage across a range of media verticals.

Build and enhance mutually beneficial relationships among target media and influencers while thoughtfully determining when to incorporate earned media, influencer relations, experiential, and content components into programming.

Draft and lead the development of effective communications materials, including strategic plans, public announcements, leader talking points and remarks, social media content, and other communications documents for various audiences.

Oversee flawless earned media engagement through comprehensive spokesperson training and prep, on-the-ground support, and media follow-up.

Build powerful, dynamic, influencer content that can be adapted and shared across a variety of internal and external channels.

Partner and Collaborate with Company Leadership:

Effectively manage agency(s) and vendors to support programming and media engagement.

Assess risks, issues, and potential communication problems and provide proactive solutions.

Vet external speaking engagements, assess risks and headwinds, and collaborate appropriately to implement mitigation strategies while providing counsel to business partners and leaders.

Embrace Research, Measurement, and Analytical Thinking:

Ensure all work is executed through a lens of strategic impact and measurement, leveraging the latest tools and technology to showcase how communications is driving business outcomes, brand awareness, and engagement.

Lead Nueva Network Enterprise Communications:

Connect the dots between Line of Business priorities and the broader enterprise to drive efficiencies and create value for our business partners.

Identify ways to enhance Nueva Network’s reputation, ensuring all efforts reflect and bolster the enterprise.

Pay : $115,807.00 - $127,714.00 per year
