Who You Are:

You're a detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing and a flair for design. You’ve dabbled in tools like Canva, and if you’re familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, that’s a bonus! You enjoy crafting compelling content, whether it's for a blog, social media, or a newsletter. You’re curious about digital marketing and eager to learn more. You’ve got some experience in event marketing and are excited about the creative and technical aspects of the job. You're self-motivated, able to work independently without requiring micro-management, and respond quickly and effectively to requests.

What You’ll Do:

1. Content Creation:

Develop and manage engaging content across multiple platforms, ensuring our messaging is clear and impactful. This includes writing blogs, creating social media posts, and developing white papers and slide decks.

2. Creative Design:

Create visual materials that align with our brand identity, from social media graphics to promotional materials.

3. Event Planning:

Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and trade shows, ensuring smooth logistics and effective promotion.

4. Social Media Management:

Schedule and post content on social media platforms, engage with the audience, and monitor trends.

5. Public Relations (PR) and Communications:

Assist in writing press releases, coordinating with media outlets, and managing public inquiries.

6. Partnership Marketing:

Identify and reach out to potential influencers or partners for collaborations, coordinating campaigns and building relationships.

7. Internal Communications:

Prepare internal newsletters and updates, and assist in organizing internal events or team-building activities.

8. Collaboration:

Work closely with the Head of Marketing and other team members to align marketing strategies with overall company goals.

9. Product Marketing:

Assist in the launch of new products or services, create product collateral, and coordinate with the product development team.

10. Learning and Development:

Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, participate in training opportunities, and share insights with the team.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

Up to 2 years of experience in a marketing role, internship, or relevant project work. Fresh graduates with relevant coursework or volunteer experience are welcome to apply.

Skills:

Content Creation:

Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various platforms.

Design:

This is a key part of the role. While you do not have to be an Adobe Creative Studio expert (although this would be a plus), a proficiency in design tools such as Canva is necessary.

Digital Marketing:

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.

Event Management:

Another critical part of the role. We attend a lot of conferences and are looking for a highly-organized individual that can assist in the logistics. Experience or interest in planning and executing events, webinars, or trade shows is a must.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze marketing metrics and provide insights for campaign optimization.

The starting salary for this role is $40,000 and is based in our new Orlando office on a hybrid schedule (Tuesday-Thursday in-office). We're looking for someone passionate about marketing and ready to grow with our team.
