We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.What You'll Do:Utilize data and reporting to identify and target key customers for engagement.Harness Datadog's existing customer engagement to influence future customers through in-flight deal discussions and external review sites.Support deal acceleration and scale Datadog's global customer reference function through tools adoption.Collaborate across departments such as Sales, Product Marketing, PR, and others to prioritize and develop integrated marketing journeys for top customer accounts.Proactively identify and lead new projects that enhance the impact of customer marketing, coordinating with multiple departments to achieve broad program goals.Forge and maintain robust relationships with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders, including creative, legal, finance, support, sales, and marketing teams.Develop engaging customer-facing and internal presentations.Facilitate customer participation in company events, showcasing their successes.Act as a reliable business partner, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Ensure flawless execution of marketing strategies and maintain strong customer relationships throughout joint marketing engagements.Who You Are:You have 3-6 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a customer marketing role within a B2B technology company.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decisions.Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Datadog values people from all walks of life.
