The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating design job requests, managing photography archives, and supporting our design team in the production of various graphic design projects.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate Design Requests:
Read all the information about this opportunity carefully, then use the application button below to send your CV and application.Receive, log, and manage design job requests and photographer requests.Assist the design team with the production of print, web, and digital graphic design projects, with a primary focus on print design.Archive Management:Maintain internal and external digital photography archives.Keep accurate purchase records and file invoices for easy retrieval.Inventory & Billing:Monitor inventory levels of branded items and prepare monthly billing reports.Technical Proficiency:Skilled in using Macintosh OS and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Bridge).Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets/Docs, and Epson scanning software.Design & Production:Hands-on experience in graphic design and production processes.Organizational Skills:Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.Qualifications:Educational Background:Degree in Visual Communications, Design, or a combination of education and experience.Experience:Minimum of two years of experience in graphic design, coordination, or a related field.Pay Details:
