Consumer Communications Specialist , working in Chicago, Illinois, you will be part of the Communications & Corporate Affairs Team. You will execute day-to-day consumer public relations (PR) initiatives across our innovation, spirits, and non-alcohol brand portfolios at Molson Coors.This position reports to the Consumer Communications Team Lead and works closely with our agency partners to develop media materials, strategies, campaigns and monitor earned media conversations across our new innovations, spirits and non-alcohol brands. This role also collaborates with cross-functional partners, including the broader communications team, brand teams, legal, marketing, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive and successful PR plans and campaigns.The Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day PR campaigns across our spirits brands, innovations, and non-alcohol portfolio including the overall communications strategy, creating media materials and strategies for new product launches, campaigns and always-on PR plans.Partner closely with the Coors Spirits Co., innovation, non-alcohol, LA Libations, Zoa, and brand teams as well as key leadership team members to manage PR risks and promote our brands.The Other Qualifications:You have a bachelor’s degree in communications, English, or marketing OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in these respective fields.You have 1-3 years of public relations experience leading campaigns either in-house or at an agency.You have superior communications skills including excellent writing and editing skills, speechwriting, scripting/presentations.You have experience working at or with communications agencies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing media materials, including press releases, key messages, Q&A documents.You have media relations and strategy experience, working with media to pitch and secure coverage for brands. If you have social media influencer experience, including leading campaigns with influencers and developing engagement creative for brands, that is a plus!You have strong project management and decision-making skills and demonstrated ability to influence others.You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.You take accountability for results – acting with
