This is an exciting opportunity to join Pfizer's I&I Business Unit on the dermatology franchise. The Dermatology team is responsible for two of our 25 by 2025 launches, LITFULO and CIBINQO.

The LITFULO HCP Marketing Lead is a critical role on the team, owning the strategic oversight of all US HCP-focused activities and working closely with our global and cross-functional partners. This role will also work closely with the sales organization and other key stakeholders to ensure a successful launch of LITFULO.

The candidate needs to demonstrate the ability to engage people, lead without formal authority, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work seamlessly with cross-functional partners.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESSpecific responsibilities of the LITFULO HCP Marketing Lead include, but are not limited to:

Strategic oversight of all HCP-focused activities and counterpart to the Global HCP team lead.Coach and mentor HCP team members.Work with senior managers and directors on the team to prioritize and execute strategic and tactical plans.Identify, develop, and lead execution of HCP strategies and tactics to execute successful launch and maximize growth trajectory for LITFULO.Serve as launch lead for potential new indications.Promotional lead, driving decisions around message development and evolution.Develop promotional materials based on customer insights.Develop strong cross-functional collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders.Develop presentations for leadership team and internal stakeholders on brand priorities.Deliver against financial expectations for the brand.Generate market and customer insights to shape critical strategic imperatives.Lead the development of the US branded HCP campaign.Build the US HCP branded messaging platform.Partner with the US Training team to develop the Field Force Training plan.Oversee the relationship with HCP AOR, managing budget and performance review process.QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of experience with 7+ years commercial/marketing experience.US Pharma experience.Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) required. Advanced degree preferred.Comfort with ambiguity, and complex environments.Experience with a launch product preferred.Demonstrated leadership of cross functional matrix teams.Strong business acumen and analytical skills.Demonstrated track record of achievement.Ability to demonstrate a One Pfizer approach.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences.NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

US based role with primarily domestic travel of up to 25%.Other Job Details:

In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary.
