This role will lead the west coast campaign management and creator partnership team members while supporting the development and execution of our top-tier influencer marketing campaigns. The Creator & Campaign Strategy Lead is a critical role within our organization working closely with the Sales, Client Solutions/Account Managers, Performance Media and Creative team in developing media plan strategy in pre-sale and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns.

In general, on a typical day you will:

Be accountable for the overall success of Influential's social campaignsBuild and execute creator strategies specific to campaigns, refine current success metrics, and introduce new success metricsLead, mentor, and manage a team of Campaign Managers and Creator Partnerships to ensure they strategize pre-sale planning and effectively execute campaigns.Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring that influencer-created content aligns with brand messaging and quality standards.Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.Assist Campaign Managers in developing creative briefs, campaign timelines, and content guidelines for influencer partnerships.Oversee Influencer "casting", negotiation, contracting and content management across different brand campaigns.Knowledge of offline and online space; strong understanding of the relationship between brand, media, and consumerWell versed in the influencer marketing space or strong interest in the industryWorking knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement toolsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, detail-oriented with attention to schedules and timelines, and maintenance of records and materialsA self-starter who loves collaboration and is open to feedback, comfortable working independently as well as influencing cross-functional teams.Being an Associate Director, Campaign Management requires:

5 - 7 years of experience working in a digital, advertising, or influencer marketing environmentStrong leadership and people management skills.Experience managing multiple 6 to 7 figure projects at one time in a fast-paced environmentExpert negotiating skills and management of six figure Influencer campaign budgetsEstablished and extensive network of managers/agents or Influencer contacts.Direct experience with on-site Influencer activationsKnowledge of offline and online space, with a strong understanding of the relationship between brand, media, and consumerWorking knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement toolsA self-starter who loves collaboration and is open to feedback, comfortable working independently as well as influencing cross-functional teamsStrong organizational skills and attention to details, while juggling multiple projects and timelinesComfortable working in a startup environment, creating organization and processes where none may existKnowledge of all major social platforms and recent trends on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and moreBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceBonus points if:
