Through tailored branding, positioning, and messaging strategies, we transform businesses into powerful entities that not only survive but thrive, making a lasting impact on their communities and beyond. In collaboration with HPS, TSC is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated part-time assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for social media management, digital marketing, and administrative support. You will play a key role in managing our online presence and ensuring smooth operations across both our consulting business and nonprofit organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Oversee three themed Instagram pages, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and engagement.

Develop and schedule posts, monitor interactions, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Track analytics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.

Administrative Support:

Assist with note-taking during meetings and transcribing them into actionable tasks.

Conduct research on various topics as needed to support business and nonprofit initiatives.

Manage emails, including drafting, responding, and organizing inboxes for both organizations.

Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to create newsletters, edit documents, and support other content creation and administration tasks.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in growing multiple social media pages, with a track record of gaining thousands of followers.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience using Canva, Google Suites, and Asana or other project management tools.

Intermediate knowledge of AI systems/tools like ChatGPT.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of branding and digital marketing strategies.

Basic graphic design skills for social media content creation.

Position Details:

This is an independent contractor role with the potential to transition into a full-time Marketing Manager in early 2025.
