We are seeking a Marketing Manager to coordinate and execute a multifaceted marketing strategy with a focus on digital marketing, analytics, and local SEO. This cross-functional role will report directly to the CEO, and have the broad mandate of growing the awareness and adoption of Byte’s consumer-facing brand, Noshery, across a growing number of geographies and through a variety of channels, platforms, and initiatives.What we are doing has not been done before, and as a result, our marketing strategies will not be limited by convention or lack of imagination. While tried and true marketing methods must be put to use, you will also be encouraged to think outside the box, get scrappy, and pursue new or unconventional means of getting the word out through platforms like Nextdoor, LinkedIn, and more. The ideal candidate will be both analytically and creatively minded, with a deep love of data and a good eye for detail.As an early member of the team, you will have significant autonomy and will be involved in key day-to-day decision making. You will be exposed to every facet of the business, work with all team members and have the ability to define this role. 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the restaurant or food delivery industriesProficiency in Google AnalyticsExperience setting up campaigns in Google and MetaExperience tracking and analyzing campaign performanceHighly organized and focused on metricsExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsBonus:Love for food / the restaurant industryStartup experience / experience in food delivery or logistics companiesYou are:
