Requirements:5-8 years of design experience working with on B2C digital marketing related activitiesProven graphic designing experienceA strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphicsExpert in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)A keen eye for aesthetics and detailsExcellent communication skillsAbility to come up with ideas and visual conceptsAbility to understand and adhere to Brand guidelinesAbility to work methodically and meet deadlinesExperience using MS PowerPoint for presentationsDegree in DesignDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Study design briefs and determine requirementsConceptualize visuals based on requirementsPrepare rough drafts and present ideasDevelop illustrations, logos and other designs using softwareUse the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphicWork with copywriters and creative director to produce final designAmend designs after feedbackEnsure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandReview incoming creative for brand requirements and aesthetic feedbackManage multiple projects at one timePresent designs and speak to the conceptProvide presentations with design layouts for leadership and team membersEducation Requirement:Degree in Graphic DesignYears of experience:5 to 8Beeline Summary:The main function of a designer is to create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on design principles and concepts. A typical designer needs to have a high level of creativity and able to communicate their ideas to both internal and external clients. The ability to be flexible to client demands, work well under pressure and multi-task are required skills.Job Responsibilities:Plan, analyze and create visual solutions to communication problems.Develop overall layout and production design of publications or web interfaces as they relate to graphic design.Prepare sketches or layouts to present to client.Create charts and graphs from data given.Skills:Creativity, verbal and written communication skills and problem solving ability.Basic ability to utilize various forms of media, including print, electronic and film.Basic ability to visualize in 2D and 3D and understand aesthetic aspects of design.Previous experience using the computer to create layouts and generate new images.Experience with Adobe publishing and graphics software.Education/Experience:Associate's degree in design and/or certificate in graphic design required. Bachelor's degree in design or related field preferred.10+ years experience required.
