We are seeking an experienced product leader to lead scaling creative production for any format (image, video, audio) by enabling compelling advertiser experiences that inspire ad creation and remove friction from the creative process. The ideal candidate will have background in user experience/design, have a growth mindset and an understanding both B2B and B2C.

This is a highly visible position with significant impact and growth. You will lead across engineering, science, marketing, operations, finance, and legal. You will be responsible for defining and executing a vision for how we scale creative production to generate high-quality creatives and frictionless advertiser experiences to deploy them. You will be responsible for partnering closely with engineering to set priorities and make tradeoffs for your product portfolio. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of your business including revenue impact, customer concerns, and long term success.

Key job responsibilitiesSet a worldwide vision for scaled creative production.Inspire and empower innovation and thinking big in those around you, leveraging the possibilities being unlocked via generative AI technology.Experiment and iterate quickly with multiple stakeholder product teams to develop and execute roadmaps and delivery commitments.Set roadmaps, align with stakeholder teams and work with counterpart program management and development teams to prioritize and manage trade-offs.Delight our customers every day by consistent, ongoing improvements.Analyze voice-of-the-customer feedback and quality benchmark results to inform decision-making.Create various product artifacts such as classic Amazon PR/FAQs, BRDs, vision documents and more.

Spending time with customers, scientists, partners to learn about their needs.Understanding the external landscape and staying close to industry developments.Developing product visions and working backwards documents.Driving roadmap prioritization and trade-offs.Reviewing engineering designs, for the highest impact deliverables.Creating compelling messaging that excites executives and your customers alike.Consistently improving the quality of your products through inspection and execution.Mentoring/up-leveling junior product managers.

About the team

The Creative Building team is part of relatively new, VP-led organization named CreativeX, within Amazon Advertising. Our mission is to democratize access to high-quality creatives by building generative AI-driven solutions for advertisers. To accomplish this, we are investing in latent-diffusion models, large language models (LLM), computer vision (CV), reinforcement learning (RL), and image + video synthesis. The solutions we develop will be deployed for use by self-service advertisers and agencies, as well as available to the most premium brands that advertise on Amazon.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degreeExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productExperience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams6+ years of technical product or program management experienceExperience working directly with applied and/or research scientistsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalentHands-on experience developing and launching generative AI products or features

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
