The SAFFIRE team builds and maintains an exceptionally powerful platform enabling our users to address challenging real-world problems by converting disparate data into actionable information. The team is deeply passionate about its mission and takes tremendous pride in our work. We work directly with operational users to design, develop, and maintain capabilities that empower analysts to create actionable intelligence from the massive volumes of Geospatial Intelligence data to give our intel and combat organizations the decision advantage over our near-peer adversaries.Responsibilities:Manage a distributed team responsible for mission-level training, user outreach, and communications for the SAFFIRE program.Oversee the development of our web-based outreach portal (SAFFIRE University).Create and maintain training materials, user guides/documentation, videos, newsletters.Manage communications for all SAFFIRE products to our user base.Assist in conducting mission-relevant demonstrations and training to the user base.Coordinate communications campaigns to ensure full visibility of our products and capabilities.Qualifications:Required:Active Top Secret or Top-Secret SCI clearanceBachelor’s Degree in related field, or equivalent experienceExperience managing small to medium-sized teamsStrong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skillsExperience working with tools in the intelligence community (7+ years)Experience developing materials in a variety of formats – Product Documentation, Briefing, Web, Video, etc. (5+ years)Experience teaching advanced processing, tools, and techniques to non-technical users (5+ years)Experience in a training management or instruction roleUnderstanding of advanced technology including machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer vision, etc.Experience with Object Based Production (OBP)Experience with training in the classroom and virtual settingsExperience producing documentation - including system manuals, training curriculum, technical documentation (SVD, etc.)Experience using Word, Confluence, Interlink, JIRA, CamtasiaExperience working with Wordpress or similarWhat You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do. : $82,100 - 172,400 USD. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
