The Senior Art Director/Designer Role:
We’re looking for someone with a firm understanding of product marketing principles and a passion for enhancing every interaction our customers have with our brand. You understand how design and functionality work together and are meticulous about every detail, from image selection to cropping. Your role will involve conceptualizing and generating creative solutions to complex design challenges.
You’ll be managing photo and video shoots through multi-channel marketing campaigns, spanning email, eCommerce, paid advertising, and social media.
In the Senior Art Director/Designer role, you will:
Implement Creative Strategy:
Develop and implement strategies that put our customers first, producing high-quality design work ensuring every decision addresses our marketing and company objectives.
Manage Workflow:
Managing creative delivery against briefs and project positioning, recommending and managing tools, resources, and measurements to support creative growth, and delivering reporting on project progress at major stages of conception, creation, and execution.
Inspire and Mentor:
Lead multiple teams, creating a collaborative and innovative environment. Encourage curiosity and support professional growth.
Innovate and Grow:
Implement creative solutions to operational challenges, supporting scalable and sustainable growth. Maintain a growth mindset in every decision.
Who Are You?
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Senior Graphic Designer and at least two years as an Art Director. You may have worked in an agency before moving in-house. You should have a passion for being a brand steward, ensuring consistent and correct application of brand identity.
We’re looking for someone with:
Experience in Marketing Communications channels (email, web, social media, advertising).
Familiarity with integrating copy and brand voice into deliverables.
Background in building brand identity systems and developing comprehensive brand guidelines.
3+ years as a senior graphic designer, ideally with 2+ years as an Art Director.
Collaborative and strategic leadership mindset.
Excellent graphic design and typography skills with extreme attention to detail.
Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud software, Figma (or similar tools), and project management tools.
Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams.
Understanding of creative project planning, process, reviews, and approvals.
Passion for the furniture, interior design, industrial design, or styling industry is a plus.
