You'll oversee all Bellami social channels, manage content calendars, handle community management of brand pages, and drive strategic initiatives. $65,000-$75,000 annuallyResponsibilities: @BellamiHair (1.7M+ followers) and @BellamiHairPro (906K followers)Develop content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and oversee daily posting, copywriting, and content editing.Ensure daily posting on in-feed and stories across all channels and brand pages.Conduct daily social listening and community management.Monitor and respond to likes/comments on tagged photos.Address DMs on all channels promptly and collaborate with the customer service team as needed.Deliver monthly and weekly performance reports.Measure and analyze the impact of social media initiatives using various KPIs (engagements, account growth, impressions) to determine what content is/isn’t performing.Create and execute social media content strategy, campaigns, and partnerships across social channels.Develop content needs to support promotional sales, product launches, and events.Conceptualize and create IG reels, infographics, memes, and stories while continuously updating highlights.Source new UGC content on social media (photos and reels).Collaborate with the Influencer Manager to identify content needs that will drive brand awareness, channel growth, and engagement.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of proven experience in social media management, campaign management, and in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including their features, algorithms, and best practices.Demonstrated track record of driving engagement on Instagram and TikTok.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling copy, engaging captions, and responding to comments.Proficient in creating engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored for specific platforms.Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and measure KPIs.Experience in Beauty, and eventually Hair Care.Strong organizational skills and attention to details.Expected to be in the office 3 days per week.Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.About Beauty Industry Group
