From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.As a Global Channel Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing, reporting, and optimizing our global marketing channels (websites, emails, events). You will work with the team to build marketing strategies and solutions to address areas of improvement and suggest new approaches that make our marketing effective and impactful, including exploring new channels and building bridges across existing channels to deliver a customer experience.Know the user. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.Responsibilities:Analyze and optimize existing Global Marketing Channels to meet defined metrics that matter (e.g., Product Adoption coverage, Named Account List coverage).Improve the Ads customer experience by coordinating the go-to-market across Global, Regional, and Local channels.Identify and design new channels to fill communication gaps with customers, to effectively scale and land our marketing content.Partner with teams across Ads Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Strategy and Operations, Sales, Product, Product and Sales Activation, and internal business strategy teams to deliver insights and develop recommendations.Present findings and recommended solutions to leadership, with clear insights and execution plans to address areas of opportunity.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
