Lead the design of user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications, from concept to delivery, ensuring designs align with user needs, business goals, and brand guidelines.Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure designs are feasible and implementable.Conduct user research and create user personas, user stories, and user flows to inform the design process.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and oversee the work of other designers to ensure consistency and quality across designs.Conduct usability testing and user feedback sessions to iterate on designs and continuously improve the user experience.Advocate for the user and ensure that designs prioritize accessibility, inclusivity, and usability.Establish design guidelines, design systems, and design patterns to ensure consistency across products and projects.Mentor and guide other designers, providing feedback and guidance on design standard processes and methodologies.Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and find opportunities to innovate and improve the user experience.Required Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field7+ years of experience in UX design, with a solid portfolio showcasing design process, problem-solving skills, and impact on the user experienceDemonstrated ability to lead design projects and manage a team of designers, while maintaining a focus on user needs and business goalsProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative SuiteStrong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with multi-functional teamsUnderstanding of design systems, design patterns, and responsive design principlesExperience working in an Agile development environmentKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
