About this opportunity
This newly created role of Sr. Global Product Marketing Manager will lead strategic initiatives to drive adoption of Invisalign treatment options in the growing patient (kids and Teens) segment. The position will also support the commercial positioning, messaging, and assets needed for global product portfolio changes – including new commercial offerings, structural portfolio changes, and expansion of offerings to new countries.
The Sr. Global Product Marketing Manager will work closely with cross functional partners and stakeholders to lead identification of best practices and key initiatives that can be leveraged across our global regions to achieve growth goals. Additionally, the individual must create close customer relationships, serve as the voice of the customer, and partner with regional commercial teams in guiding commercial roadmap activities.
In this role, you will…
Create and maintain strategy and roadmap initiatives to support commercial activities
Understand customer mindset/behavior and key barriers to adoption and be able to effectively incorporate insights into the development of programs and communications
Create compelling messaging, positioning, claims, creative briefs, sales collateral and education focused on growing patient and product portfolio initiatives
Develop comprehensive plans to gather data and proof points to support reasons to believe and create claims
Track overall business results including identification and monitoring of key metrics
Work within budget and timelines to execute strategy and programs
Lead global cross functional teams and partner closely with internal and external partners to collaborate on delivery of marketing initiatives
Work closely with product management team to manage end-to-end marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives globally
Develop tools to equip regional marketing, clinical and sales teams with the necessary knowledge and tools to increase adoption in the growing patient segment and of the product portfolio
Drive adoption of marketing tools and assets by monitoring usage metrics and addressing barriers to use
Drive initiatives and campaigns to promote and increase the trust and confidence of our customers in our products and services
Conduct market research and/or partner with Global Insights team to understand impact of marketing initiatives and opportunities for increasing impact
Provide global product support needed for medical device labelling compliance initiatives
Analyze data and feedback to make informed decisions on marketing initiatives
Other duties as required.
In this role, you’ll need …
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred
8 years of commercial marketing experience
Strong knowledge of commercialization, customer adoption, product life cycle management and product marketing strategy development
Passionate about digital dental healthcare, strong customer focus, and an advocate for customer needs
Experience marketing medical devices and software to healthcare professionals in a regulated environment a plus
Excellent, articulate, and concise communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven strategic thinking and planning based on an understanding of the market and competition
Ability to lead cross-functional teams by influence and clearly articulate a vision that’s in line with customer needs
A basic understanding of technology, software development, or other relevant technical aspects.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of driving product development and launch initiatives to successful outcomes
Experience successfully managing projects
Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%
