Utilizing Human-Centered Design, Outcome Driven Innovation (ODI), Agile and other processes, this position will provide UX leadership and execution on Inspire's product(s) in close collaboration with product development and marketing.We're looking for a UX/UI leader with a passion for creating outstanding design solutions and proven experience translating customer needs to user experience designs, information architectures, wireframes/prototypes, and fully realized products. A portfolio of work demonstrating excellence is a requirement for application.OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLEConceptualize, design, and iterate mobile and web application designs and experiences that meet and exceed customer's expectations.Prepare design mockups and interactive UX prototypes to facilitate exploratory research and usability testing.Interact directly with customers through human-centered design techniques including participation in observational, primary or contextual research, interviews, and concept testing to uncover needs, learn about user behavior and explore design concepts.Create and refine designs for products and services focused on user interfaces and user experience.Collaborate with cross functional leaders and provide thought leadership / advocacy for the end user during the entire design process.Consider technology, platforms, and architecture while applying human-centered techniques in design approaches.Engage in generative design research and the translation of user/customer needs into design concepts.Facilitate working sessions, brainstorming, design reviews and collaborative design meetings with key stakeholders.Ensure usability standards are integrated into product development/design process in a thoughtful and customer focused approach.Participate in developing a next generation common design language and design system, and maintenance of that system.WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAMRequired:Bachelors degree required.Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.Expert in Figma, Miro, Adobe Suite, Sketch.Familiarity in full range of human-centered research and design techniques, including research methods, personas, journey maps, site mapping, user flows, cardsorting, tree studies, interaction design using wireframes, prototyping (low- and high-fidelity) and usability testing.Experience participating on Agile (or other iterative methodologies) development teams as the individual who is accountable for the user interface design.Demonstrated experience designing consumer-level mobile and web applications.Medical user experience / medical device experience.Mobile design experience including knowledge of iOS screen controls, application flow and design best practices.BENEFITS AND OTHER COMPENSATIONInspire offers a highly competitive benefits package including:Multiple health insurance plan options.Employer contributions to Health Savings Account.Dental, Vision, Life and Disability benefits.401k plan + employer match.Identity Protection.Flexible time off.Tuition Reimbursement.Employee Assistance program.All employees have the opportunity to participate in the ownership and success of Inspire.
