This position is located in Boulder, CO with at least 50% time in office.About the RoleAs product manager for the Workday Content Platform, you will:Use your industry, product, and customer knowledge to influence the product roadmap, ensuring we prioritize the right customer problems.Lead product discovery and engage with customers to evaluate needs, define problems, and collaborate on solutions.Continuously gather customer feedback and convey insights back to the team.Work cross-functionally with other central Workday teams.Inspire a motivated development team to provide value to our customers while fitting into a long-term product strategy.Champion the product internally and externally.Provide thought leadership and mentor junior team members.About YouBasic Qualifications

4+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software in the cloud.Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers.Other Qualifications

Ability to think about problems from different perspectives and leverage qualitative and quantitative data for roadmap prioritization.Proven track record of driving success collaboratively.Ability to influence without authority and deliver results across large cross-functional teams.Excellent verbal and written communicator with experience communicating to all levels of leadership.Experience managing enterprise-scale problems with competing priorities.Naturally curious and skilled at asking the right questions to deepen understanding.Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
