The Partnerships and Integrated Marketing team is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative individual for the position of Partnerships Marketing Coordinator. This role will work with strategic external partners as well as internal teams throughout The Walt Disney Company to develop and execute high-impact marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, retention, and awareness.

This person will be responsible for supporting the go-to-market strategy of Disney+ strategic and loyalty partnerships by aiding partner Account Leads in the overall partner launch readiness, owning approvals, and overseeing communications and information flow to key internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and storytelling, strong organizational and project management skills, and a strong sense of teamwork and cultivating meaningful relationships at all levels of the organization.

Duties:

Advance partner relationships by overseeing day-to-day communications and project management.

Assist in overall program management for partnerships.

Support larger Disney+ strategic portfolio on meeting coordination and approvals, as needed.

Lead on partner and Disney-owned marketing assets and creative approvals.

Support coordination of information flow of internal and partner marketing channels to key stakeholders.

Create tools and processes to effectively manage partner deliverables and statuses.

Develop presentations and memos about partnership statuses and larger strategic projects.

Basic Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in marketing or partnerships for an entertainment or tech company.

Proven experience demonstrating program management skills within a matrixed organization with numerous stakeholders.

Time management and ability to meet expectations under time-sensitive deadlines.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop clear and concise reports, presentations, and memos for various audiences.

Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and project-oriented environment while meeting overall goals and deadlines.

Self-motivated and proactive learner and performer.

Team and goal-oriented; ability to maneuver a dynamic and matrixed environment.

Coordinate communications, meetings, and partner statuses.

Strong presentation and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Forward-thinker who anticipates needs and opportunities.

Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides), Keynote, and PowerPoint.
