In the role of Marketing Team Lead, we'll count on you to:

Retain, develop and supervise proposal and marketing employees, as assignedTrain and mentor employees on business development and marketing best practicesVerify the go/no-go decision process is applied in accordance with HDR's Matrix of AuthorityLead pursuit teams in creating and implementing effective win strategies (capture planning)Facilitate pursuit teams to develop persuasive proposal and interview materialsDevelop and manage proposal schedules and confirm complianceManage workload demands of proposal managers and marketing coordinatorsLead quality reviews of proposal and interview materialsCoach interview teams to be effective at delivering key messages during interview presentationsFacilitate debriefs to identify improvement opportunities and to measure overall competitivenessManage client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboardsSupport the development of annual and long-term strategic plans within established company direction and goals, including supporting key growth initiatives for the business groupDevelop and implement client plans, including long-term strategies to capture market share for the business groupDevelop business relationships with teaming partnersDirect content marketing campaigns to strengthen our brand, increase our visibility, and showcase our thought leadersDevelop and publish engaging digital content that reflects HDR's brand and elevates our thought leadershipImplement strategies to elevate HDR's brand and technical talent with industry associationsActively participate in professional associations to elevate HDR's brand in target marketsArticulate HDR's capabilities and competitive advantagesPerform other duties as neededRequired QualificationsA minimum of 8 years relevant industry experienceDemonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversightExperience in sales and developing effective win strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesignDeep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional servicesDemonstrated ability to motivate and inspire othersDemonstrated experience in winning high-value contracts in the A/E/C industryDemonstrated experience in writing compelling content based on information from technical staffWhat We BelieveHDR is our company. The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Colorado: $89,474.00 - $127820.00
