Producer & Imaging Director/Engineering Assistant

We are a growing radio group in Dallas, TX looking for a hybrid imaging and production talent who can also assist our Head Engineer in assembly and maintenance for our developing audio projects.
This role requires a high level of precision and efficiency, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with Head Engineer, Director of Programming, news director and an additional staff while supervising the overall content and flow of distribution. ALL Shifts – Including Overnights and Weekends a must.Duties include:* Monitoring Master Control of Networks* Provide Imaging for Shows, Packages, Promos, Spots, etc.* Create and manage the imaging elements on all stations and formats, streams, and podcasts for everything in our group.* Competently and professionally provide audio production, voice-overs, and copywriting services for the programming department* Assist In Music Scheduling for Multiple Formats* Assemble hardware components, sub-assemblies, and final products according to schematic drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.* Inspect components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Report any discrepancies or defects to the supervisor.* Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Skills Needed:* In-depth understanding of the production process* Effective organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage time* Dedicated and driven work ethic* Self-starter, with the ability to take and follow direction but also work independently* Adobe Audition (audio editing), WavePad, Microsoft Word, WordPress, News Boss (preferred)* Must Have a Team First Attitude with ability to work efficiently under pressure with a willingness to learn quickly and be flexible in nature of assignmentsPlease Send All Materials, including Resume, Demo or whatever you need to send to get this position to Director of Affiliate Support/Office Manager Peter Jarrard – peter.jarrard@audio1.comAudio 1 is an Equal Opportunity Employer
