Proven experience in organizing events and developing marketing campaigns within the hospitality or restaurant industryStrong skills in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content to enhance the restaurant's online presence and drive customer engagementExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with vendors, partners, and team members effectively, combined with creativity and attention to detailExecute a variety of events, including community programming, concerts, and private events, ensuring all logistics are effectively coordinated.Ability to collaborate with internal teams (culinary, operations, creative) to align event details with brand standards and goals.Create and manage event timelines/BEOs, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.Support the execution of the annual marketing plan to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.Coordinate and manage social media accounts, website updates, and email marketing campaigns to maintain a strong digital presence.Build and maintain relationships with community partners and local businesses to enhance brand visibility and foster collaboration.
