You'll be joining an experienced team that includes founders who have successfully built and sold startups before. On the back of this experience and our success-to-date, we've raised over $78m from leading investors including NEA, Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst, and Elad Gil. About the Role

The marketing team is relatively small and nascent. We are just beginning to get our marketing efforts going. While going 0 to 1 is always a challenge, this also means the first hire in Growth Marketing will really own the shaping of our tools and initial demand gen. They can expect relatively free reign in building out marketing systems and testing different campaigns.

Examples of Tasks You Might Work OnDevelop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns including email, newsletter, digital advertising, and events, to drive lead generation and customer acquisitionDevelop compelling and engaging content that aligns with the campaign objectives and resonates with our target audienceUtilize marketing automation and CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage and track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROIWork closely with leadership and sales to ensure that marketing campaigns are aligned with company objectives and support the overall GTM strategyMonitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for demand generation and lead generationManage the demand generation budget and track expenses to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budgetImpact You'll Have

Create demand generation strategy from scratchBring marketing expertise and thought leadership to the businessContribute substantially to GTM goal achievementIncrease connectivity between Metronome and our customersMinimum Requirements

5+ years of professional experience, of which 5+ years experience in demand generation in a high-growth SaaS startupStrong understanding of demand generation tactics and strategies, including lead scoring, lead nurturing, and marketing automationHave owned and exhibit deep expertise with marketing automation platforms 0-1 (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)Exhibit deep expertise of CRM systems (Salesforce)Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisionsStrong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsB2B marketing experienceBonus Points
