In this role, you will report to the Sr. Marketing Programs Manager to execute logistics on field and corporate marketing events and enable the Sales and BDR teams to influence their pipeline and generate new opportunities with pre and post-event strategy. Success in this role will require an organized mindset, creative demand generation skills, self-motivation, and a desire to learn. It also necessitates a proven ability to work with sales, partners and marketing peers across the organization. **Primary Responsibilities**+ Execute logistics on field and corporate level events, including contract tracking, budget tracking, ordering services, and working with third-party event organizers to ensure successful execution of events+ Develop pre-event strategies to drive event attendance and engagement+ Develop post-event strategies to further qualify event leads+ Work with the ABM team to drive attendance to FireMon-hosted and/or third-party ABX events+ Execute integrated programs to include but not limited to custom events, channel events, tradeshows, webinars, email, digital, social media, ABM and partner marketing to drive pipeline.+ Ensure all event materials arrive at the proper locations on time.+ Research new and upcoming event and experiential marketing techniques+ Assist the Sr. Marketing Programs Manager with administrative activities, including, but not limited to, department-wide budget tracking, direct mail marketing logistics, scheduling, and giveaway inventory.**Required Qualifications**+ Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field OR equivalent experience required.+ 0-2 years of technology/security field marketing experience preferred.+ Experience with event planning required+ Hard working self-starter with ability to multitask ongoing activities from multiple people in a fast environment required.+ Previous information security industry experience preferred.+ Previous marketing automation system experience preferred. Pardot preferred.+ Previous CRM experience preferred. Salesforce preferred.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel required.+ Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat required, other Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred+ Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail required.+ Strong communication skills required. Copy writing skills heavily preferred.**Preferred Qualifications Measurements of Success**+ Programs managed within budget while meeting lead and revenue goals+ Logistics support completed on time for each activity
