Role Summary:

Anthropologie is looking for a Brand Marketing intern to join us for the Summer. This intern would focus on supporting the Brand Partnerships Team and assist in areas of the business including cross-promotional external partnerships, paid media partnerships, experiential activation, co-op/vendor marketing and apparel/artist collaborations.About the Summer Internship Program:Each summer URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business which they choose to pursue. Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.????Applications will close at 5:00pm EST on November 4th 2024.?Role Responsibilities:Templating partnership briefsTracking and sharing brand guidelines, campaign assets and linking needed for cross-promotional marketingProduct ordering and shippingProviding logistical support inclusive of booking PAs, arranging vendor rentals, and onsite support during partnership activationsGathering materials to support recap decks, such as creative assets and respective metrics etc.Assisting in gathering & sharing SKU lists, product priorities and brand messaging for co-op deliverablesPartnering with the Influencer Team to initiate and execute co-op partner campaignsTemplating artist marketing overview documents, creative briefs, and recapsGathering & tracking coverage for artist launchesTemplating briefs for store openings, closures and relocationsCoordinating sample procurement for seasonal photoshoots, advertisements, and promotional inclusions as neededRole Qualifications:Academic focus in marketing, communications or fashion industry management preferredA charismatic and proactive style of communication desired for external communicationStrong organization skills inclusive of building timelines and able to work on a variety of projects at one time in a fast-paced environmentStrong writing and communication skillsHunger for brainstorming/ideating new and exciting external partners in complementary industriesMotivated by curiosity, whether solving a problem, pursuing a new experience, or seeking creative inspirationA proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and resultsResults-driven, solution-oriented, flexible, self-driving, and must have the ability to change course quickly, think big and start small, and thrive in a fast-paced environmentProject Requirement:In addition to your application and resume, to be considered for this role you must submit a Concept Board (8.5 X 11 PDF format is preferred).?This is due at the time of your application submission.

Once you complete your project, please upload it to additional documents section in the application process.Create a marketing campaign concept board focused on Fall 2025 featuring tears of images (still life styling, editorial, artistic, branding, etc.) that you find aspirational for the brands creative direction and could be used as a potential collective campaign idea across email, digital and social platformsYou may use visuals from blogs, Instagram, magazines, etc. to show your point of view but be sure to think like a marketer when pulling your aspirational tears and compiling the concept board.Be sure to include 2-3 influencers you could see as partners with this Fall 2025 campaign and why you think they would be great fits with our brand.
