Willdan is seeking a creative and experienced Digital Media/Content Creator to join our team! The ideal candidate will excel in developing compelling content across various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and digital signage. This role requires a strong creative mindset, excellent storytelling abilities, and proficiency in digital media tools to effectively engage our audience and enhance our brand presence online.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, produce, and edit high-quality content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and digital signage.Conceptualize and create engaging multimedia content, such as videos, graphics, infographics, and written copy that aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with brand standards.Optimize content for SEO and ensure it is discoverable and engaging for target audiences.Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.Create and curate compelling content for various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, X, Instagram and LinkedIn.Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and manage brand reputation across social platforms.Conceptualize and create dynamic content for digital signage platforms, ensuring it is visually appealing and effectively communicates key messages.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely deployment of digital signage content.Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital signage campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize impact.Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent content delivery across all digital platforms.Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging digital platforms.Analyze content performance using analytics tools, generate reports, and provide insights to improve future content initiatives.Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies with broader marketing goals and campaigns.Job Requirements / QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.5+ years of experience.Proven experience in digital content creation, social media management, and digital signage content development.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engaging content.Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders while delivering excellent customer service in a highly dynamic growth environment.Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, evolving, entrepreneurial work environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and content management platforms.Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and digital signage software (e.g., Appspace).Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and social media management platforms.HubSpot certification or equivalent experience.Broad knowledge of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.EEO Non-Discrimination and ADA Reasonable Accommodation StatementWilldan is an equal opportunity employer.
