Marketing Manager for Digital Modernization

DescriptionWe have an exciting career opportunity for a Marketing Manager to support the Digital Modernization Sector's Repeatable Offerings Practice Areas. You will work closely with senior executives, subject matter experts, and functional teams to develop and implement communications and marketing strategies that help grow the business, foster employee engagement, and advance the company's brand in key markets.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement communications and marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives.Plan, execute, and manage internal and external-facing campaigns in support of growth initiatives.Collaborate with senior executives on an executive communications plan and supporting material.Ensure key capabilities are marketed effectively to deliver awareness and growth.Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and leverage insights for better communication strategies.Manage select intranet pages to include content development and posting, executive blogs, internal stories, and pictures to drive employee engagement.Basic QualificationsSignificant experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, market segmentation, and analytics.Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of prior relevant work experience in communications and marketing or related field.Demonstrated expertise in working with and advising senior leaders.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree beneficial.Experience working with technology providers, defense or aerospace companies.Prior internal communications and employee engagement experience.Pay Range: $98,150.00 - $177,425.00
