As a Global Marketing Communications Manager, you will devise and implement marketing strategies to promote our products effectively. Your responsibilities include creating compelling value propositions, developing media plans and sales collateral, ensuring brand consistency, and evaluating campaign success.

A Day in the life

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to build exceptional marketing communications campaigns that yield positive outcomes.

Execute campaign tactics, from social media, webinars and paid search to design and collateral development

Craft persuasive value propositions, develop media plans and sales collateral, maintain brand cohesion, and assess campaign efficacy.

Leverage advanced tools and technologies, such as Quickbase and WorkFront, to optimize project management efficiency.

Keys to Success

Education

Bachelor's degree required preferably in marketing.

Masters or higher education preferred, but not required.

Experience

5+ years of relevant marketing experience.

Shown efficiency leading marketing communications projects.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong project management skills and the ability to lead or facilitate the creative process from concept to execution.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

High level of comfort with change.

Up to 10% travel may be required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $93,800.00–$140,675.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
