The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. This role requires a creative thinker with strong organization, excellent communication, and great collaboration skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the marketing leads in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling performance reports and managing budget tracking and reporting.Assist in the creation and coordination of content in partnership with the content team, including blogs, emails, and other marketing materials, ensuring alignment with our brand messaging.Support the growth of partner marketing initiatives, including managing affiliate relationships, tracking performance, and optimizing campaigns.Collaborate with the product marketing team to support product launches, messaging, and promotional activities.Assist in managing and optimizing digital channels, including website content updates, SEO initiatives, and performance tracking.Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy development, scheduling, testing, and database management.Assist with developing paid and organic content, including webinars, thought leadership, research reports, and more.Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.Support the coordination and execution of marketing events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.Assist with budgeting and invoicing for marketing activities, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

Experience & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including content marketing and email marketing.Experience in content creation and management, including writing, editing, and collaborating with content teams.Familiarity with partner marketing and experience in managing affiliate or partner relationships is a plus.Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and email marketing platforms (e.g., Eloqua)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively across teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.Experience with budget management and reporting is an advantage.
