Job Description Summary:The Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for bringing the brand vision to life in shops. This individual understands retail merchandising and the art and science behind creating an elevated customer experience while simultaneously driving product performance and overall business results. This role will lead the visual team in developing strategies to deliver well-merchandised, visually engaging shop environments that drive the business. The Visual Merchandising Manager will provide training, leadership, guidance, and inspiration to the shop teams in collaboration with the creative, merchandising, and marketing teams as well as cross-functional stakeholders.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $117,040k - $146,300k per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:Creates inspired visual merchandising displays in the shops and windows by showcasing seasonal and year-round offerings through compelling product stories to drive sales and meet business goals.Supports all business channels including retail, volume savings, holiday pop-ups and Licensees.Partners with the creative team to ensure all assets are aligned with brand standards. Provides creative briefs and leads kick-offs for all shop signage and other customer facing materials needed to support visual setups.Collaborates with cross-functional partners including Merchandising, Sales, Planning & Allocation and Marketing to develop and implement the sales strategy.Leads presentation of each visual setup to stakeholders and executive team for feedback and/or approval.Leads the visual team in developing strategies to deliver well-merchandised, visually engaging shop environments that drive the business.Manages and coaches the team in best practices to build skills, while inspiring innovation and facilitating growth.Maximize sales through innovative product merchandising strategies. Conducts in-depth analysis of customer behavior to increase conversion rates and drive growth. Performs competitive research to stay up to date with visual merchandising trends in the marketplace.Visit shops on a regular schedule to evaluate the execution and impact of visual display direction and strategies. Provides guidance and training in visual best practices for shop teams.Develops training materials and tools to help level up skills, including, but not limited to video and photography content. Utilizes our internal shop communication system to push out messaging.Oversee the preparation of visual Instructions to implement each season's visual direction. Participates in regular share-outs with retail leadership and shop teams to support seamless execution. Encourages feedback for continual improvements and enhancements.Completes special projects as assigned by management.Responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance technology and innovation that will improve departmental effectiveness.All See's staff must be committed to the company's core principles and workplace values, including diversity and inclusion.Minimum Qualifications:

Five to ten years' experience in retail management and/or merchandising.Strong communication skills with ability to convey direction in writing. Proven training skills with ability to develop tools and techniques to enhance visual presentation of products.Bachelor's degree in art, related field, or equivalent display/merchandising experience.Ability to collaborate, inspire, problem solve, and motivate teams along with cross-functional partners in support of business needs.Strong organizational, planning and project management skills.Ability to balance attention to detail with higher-level analytic and strategic thinking.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional client-facing and presentation skills.A track record of thriving in a fast-paced environment and comfort with ambiguity.Self-motivated and proactive with a sense of urgency.Ability to manage multiple projects and quickly respond to and act upon critical feedback.Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner.Skilled at training teams and developing tools and techniques to enhance the visual presentation of products.Proficient in Word, Excel and Acrobat. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign a plus.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, in addition to a full range of generous medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
