The
Global Marketing Communications Manager
will lead the creation of comprehensive marketing communications and sales promotion initiatives to meet product strategies and sales objectives for the Downstream Refining and Petrochemical Industries, along with the Fuels and Water treatment applications within those industries. Within this role, you will contribute to profitable sales growth of Downstream by supporting the creation and implementation of strategies and plans that differentiate Nalco Water from its competitors.This role includes strategic responsibilities for developing short and long-term communication strategies and marketing plans to achieve volume, market share, margin, and other objectives for growth. Partner with Marketing team and other subject matter experts to strengthen value propositions and create compelling communications to engage target audiencesLead strategic communications strategy, planning and execution for industry conferences and trade shows, advertising, media, thought leadership opportunities, speaking engagements and other promotional or educational activities. Partner with other businesses and resources as needed to maximize opportunities and business impactDevelop business leadership and internal communications strategies to drive internal engagementManage Marketing Communications associates to develop and execute internal and external communications, campaigns and other deliverables. Support and accelerate their skill developmentOversee all marketing communications activities including technical and/or promotional writing and design, development and management of marketing collateral, audio and video production, and various other digital communications such as web and social media content.
