Work Requirements:The candidate shall work closely with all marketing and branding efforts across the organization to design a wide-range of routine-to-complex projects such as charts and graphs, flow diagrams, infographics, presentation visuals, illustrations, publication design, cover designs, brochures, posters, logos, and exhibit design. The candidate shall develop, design, produce, and deliver visual products for print, presentation, installation, and web or other digital display. The candidate shall assess client objectives and expectations, and advise client on project design, format, and dissemination. The candidate shall assess available resources and, if necessary, develop a production schedule. The candidate shall facilitate virtual and in-person visualization and design concept meetings with customers. The candidate shall use professional industry standards of sound design, color, and typography. The candidate shall use the standard software, as well as adhere to the standards for design, production, and product handling. The candidate shall develop and maintain their skills commensurate with industry-wide best practices. The candidate shall support event coordination. The candidate shall ensure its personnel stay up-to-date on the latest versions of Adobe applications as they become available. The candidate shall explore innovative uses of Adobe applications, such as using Adobe Animate or Cinema 4D.
Required Skills:Demonstrated experience providing communications, graphic design, and presentations for Senior Leadership.Demonstrated experience with brand management and outreach activities.Demonstrated experience creating infographics, charts, and briefings.Developing marketing materials for brand identity and campaigns to include: logos, posters, brochures, email, newsletter and PowerPoint templates.Demonstrated experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After-Effects, Media Encoder, Audition, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat Pro.Demonstrated experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated experience in web design, web development, and/or web publishing.Demonstrated experience facilitating visualization or design concept meetings.Demonstrated experience working in graphic design or in a similar field.Demonstrated experience applying color theory, typography, and visualization and design concepts.Demonstrated experience of robust creative and technical skills.Demonstrated experience with customer service and project management skills.Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent arts major.
