Responsibilities:
Communicate and educate agents and staff on Marketing best practices, tools, supports, agent inquiries, consultations, and Marketing tactics.
Conduct marketing needs analysis to identify performance needs and gaps, consults regarding potential solutions, and assist in implementing solutions.
Compiles, tracks, and analyzes data to evaluate marketing solutions, report findings, and communicate suggestions for improvement.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with various internal and external contacts to support and align Marketing programs and plans to corporate objectives.
