Digital Marketing Specialist: (THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE OR HYBRID – IN-OFFICE 5 DAYS PER WEEK – MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY – 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM WITH ONE HOUR LUNCH BREAK)

Liberty Moving and Storage, the highest rated United Van Lines Agent is seeking a proficient and highly organized Digital Marketing Specialist to work directly with our Director of Sales and support our award-winning marketing and sales team. Digital Marketing Specialist will provide inbound and outbound lead generation support for the residential and commercial sales team. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional communication and customer service skills as well as being highly organized and detailed oriented. This is a multifaceted role and an excellent position for an individual with key sales & marketing skills, and with potential to advance and grow the marketing department.
Responsibilities and Duties for
Residential and Commercial Sales
SEO management A PLUS
Manage Telemarketers and lead generation
Develop unique optimized content for blogging, post card and email campaigns
Assist in the design for blogging, post card and email campaigns
Facilitate running reports for monthly sales tracking, lead generations from website, third party lead aggregators, email marketing, events, and telemarketing campaigns
Maintain all collateral inventory and development for sale presentations
Assist with event planning
Support reputation management campaigns and customer survey feedback and results
Have a professional manner and be an expert at establishing rapport with clients quickly.
Maintain, monitor and develop Social Media accounts, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, HubSpot and Pinterest.
Facilitate business development activities weekly by developing relationships with key personal involved in the home buying process.
Manage and drive review content on all outlets (Google, Yelp, Internal Scores, ETC.).
Manage call center personal to maximize lead conversion and optimal scripting.
Create, present, and implement new lead generation concepts on a continuous basis.
Design and author monthly newsletter.
Manager sales CRM system in collaboration with Director of Sales.
Qualifications and Skills
· Must have Minimum of Associates degree in Marketing and 1-3 Years of Experience in a similar marketing role
· Working knowledge of SEO management a plus
· An understanding of digital marketing and online trends
· Must have management experience
· Telemarketing experience/knowledge a plus
· A hands-on, self-starter, who is highly organized
· Impeccable writing skills
· A willingness to work with others to identify fresh and trendsetting ideas is a must
· Strong attention to detail and with the ability to multi-task
· Must be self-sufficient, able to prioritize, organize and possess a high level of time and project management skills, as well as be able to handle day-to-day needs of business as they arise
· A professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
· Strong work ethic and ambition to succeed.
· Willing to be mentored, and eager to learn.
· Strong computer skills and easily adapts to new technology.
