Senior Brand Marketing Manager

(Onsite - 5 days per week in office)

Overview:

The Senior Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall development of the B2B and B2C communication strategy and how that translates into integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and consideration of qualified customers. This role will also be responsible for our omni-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating launches and ensuring timely delivery of go-to-market activities. This role will use their classically trained strategist experience and solid knowledge of cannabis culture and entrepreneurial mindset.

The impact you'll make:Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive the development of the campaign briefs defining the value proposition, positioning, target and messaging in alignment with company initiativesLead cross-functional teams to implement comprehensive 360-degree programs across all consumer touchpoints to generate awareness, drive conversion and reinforce the brand narrative at every point along the journey.Push boundaries by testing innovative go-to-market strategies targeted to our key consumers, bringing innovation to the forefront of our plans and activationsEngage key stakeholders to drive the development of the Weedmaps value proposition, positioning, target and messaging for identified brand and product initiatives.Initiate the development of key metrics to develop actionable recommendations informing marketing mix, messaging, and campaign effectiveness in collaboration with market insightsOversee campaign performance measurement using data-driven insights and optimize strategies to maximize impact and ROI.Ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.Develop audience segmentation best practices, integrating them into campaign playbooksPlan holistically and forward-thinking, yet be nimble and address the needs to change.Assist in establishing and implementing scalable processes to streamline the cross-functional planning process, inputs, milestones and deliverables.What you've accomplished:

7-10 years in brand planning within CPG and ecommerce sectors, managing multi-channel, multi-million dollar brands to achieve high-volume results in lean organizations.Classically trained strategist with solid knowledge of cannabis culture and entrepreneurial mindset.Must have in-depth knowledge of ecommerce and technology ecosystems to ensure effective management of B2C and B2B marketing efforts.Methodical thinker and a pragmatic doer that can motivate/enroll internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable results in a lean, fast-paced environment.Experience with research methodologies such as brand health studies, customer tracker studies, segmentation studies, maxdiff studies, focus groups, ethnographies, copy testing, survey design, and conjoint analysis.The base pay range for this position is $121,000 - $141,000 per year
