The

CRM Marketing Specialist

is responsible for executing and managing comprehensive email and CRM campaigns aimed at engaging, nurturing, and retaining our customer base. This role collaborates closely with the Senior Email Marketing Specialist and Business Development Manager to support and achieve our overall marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a detail-oriented, analytical approach to campaign planning and execution across various channels, including Email and SMS, while leveraging CRM data and automations to enhance marketing effectiveness and ensure seamless integration with our brand strategy and goals.

ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU'LL DO

Campaign Execution:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute email and CRM campaigns, including creating templates and managing deployment processes using our email marketing and CRM platforms.

Assist the creative team in creating engaging content for campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging and strategy.

Content and Asset Coordination:

Coordinate the creation of assets for CRM campaigns with our creative team.

Assist with QA efforts for templates, campaigns, and workflows.

List and Data Management:

Maintain and manage email contact lists, segmenting and targeting specific customer groups based on demographics, behavior, and other relevant criteria.

Support day-to-day CRM operations by implementing new marketing automations, building customer segments, monitoring performance, and running batch and blast campaigns via various channels.

Innovation and Best Practices:

Help drive innovation of business solutions, leveraging our custom CRM to assist internal business partners in driving more repeat customers and higher lifetime value per customer.

Learn and implement list health maintenance best practices, ensuring a relevant and engaged audience.

A/B Testing and Optimization:

Support in conducting A/B tests to optimize email and CRM campaign performance, including subject lines, content layout, call-to-action buttons, and other elements.

Utilize performance metrics to gain valuable insights and communicate opportunities and challenges.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to the marketing team.

Identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.

Maintain marketing recap decks and track performance of campaigns and CRM enhancement releases.

Compliance and Privacy:

Ensure email and CRM campaigns comply with relevant privacy laws and regulations, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of email and CRM marketing best practices.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work in a highly collaborative environment across all levels of the organization, reflecting independence to take initiative and move projects forward.

Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Communicate project status changes or delays with relevant parties and respond to cross-department inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe

QualificationsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in email marketing, CRM administration, or digital marketing.

Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., CampaignMonitor, HubSpot)

Experience with drip campaign email marketing and CRM automation tools.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for email template customization.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A strong team focus is critical based on collaborative culture of the office and GRV as a company.

Experience with customer data, relational data, and business intelligence analytics is a plus. Salesforce Administration or Architect Certified; Hubspot CRM certifications; Netsuite Administrator Certified or Equivalent is a plus.
