Sales and Marketing Assistant (Bilingual)

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as verbal and written communication, documenting and reporting, and managing sales recordsCustomer Interaction:

Engage with customers through various channels and promote products. Provide information, answer queries, and support sales efforts.Inventory:

Check the inventory quantity and prices daily, and coordinate with the purchasing department.Content Creation:

Take Photos. Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and web posts. Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines.Sales Research:

Formulate the product market prices and phased marketing strategies with managerTeam Collaboration:

Creating PPTs containing product images and detailed introductions to help new employees and colleagues working remotely understand the products.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic understanding of photography and uploading photos to the websiteProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with digital marketing tools.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Bilingual in Mandarin
