CPI Security, a national leader in residential and commercial security systems, is seeking a high-energy, and passionate Sports Sponsorship and Event Marketing who will be responsible for developing, expanding, and nurturing our community engagement strategies. This position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate must be passionate about our local communities and CPI's role as we continue to engage, volunteer and support our communities in which we live and serve. This individual will also strengthen our successful relationships with local and professional sports teams and franchises.
What You'll Do:Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to promote sports events, teams, or products across digital and traditional channels.Content Creation & Fan Engagement:
Create engaging content to enhance fan experience and drive engagement through social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.Event Promotion & Partnerships:
Support the promotion and execution of sports events, manage sponsorships, build relationships with partners, and collaborate on community service initiatives to enhance brand reputation.Analytics & Budget Management:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, manage marketing budgets, and optimize strategies based on data insights to maximize impact and ROI.Additional Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners in the sports industryNegotiate and build single or multi-year partnerships with key collegiate/professional sports teams, building brand affinity through partnershipsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful events that drive brand awareness and customer engagementPlan and execute engaging and successful events that promote brand awareness and drive customer engagementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiativesUtilize your knowledge and understanding of the sports industry to identify key opportunities and partnerships for CPICreate and manage budgets for sports marketing events and initiativesMonitor and analyze the success of sports marketing initiatives and make recommendations for future improvementsStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to inform sports marketing decisionsEnsure all sports marketing materials and messaging align with CPI brand and valuesCollaborate with the PR team to generate media coverage for sports/events and initiativesGather and analyze customer feedback to inform future marketing strategiesManage and maintain event logistics, including vendor relationships, contracts, and timelinesEnsure all events and initiatives comply with company policies and regulationsWhat We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sports MarketingFive year's experience in non-profits, community engagement, sports marketingMust be located and working from our Corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC.Attention to detail and demonstrated history of event planning/management requiredProven track record of building relationships with local businesses, community organizations and partnersWhat We Offer:
