This role is responsible for creating templates, backgrounds, and presentations incorporating information graphics, charts, metaphorical graphics, and diagrams for high-level clients. Primarily uses PowerPoint and secondly Adobe Creative Suite software. Presentations will range from RFPs to Company's pitches and any internal materials.Shift:Sunday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

Responsibilities:Produce high-quality pitch books, presentations, and client memorandaImport and revise graphics files as necessaryCreate and edit multi-page/multi-section documents using templates and style sheets for pitchbooks, graphs, charts, presentations, and other print/design projectsAttention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aestheticsCollaborate with team members on complex or special projectsMaintain all job and production tracking data via a propriety RRD Tracking toolCoordinate workflow within the team, including prioritizing jobs and delegating duties to associatesMonitor workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and within deadlinesAssess incoming requests selecting the best resources for successful completionHandle sensitive and/or confidential documents and informationTrain new employees on policies and proceduresCommunicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.Assist with monthly metrics and reportingMay work with motion graphics and multimedia work

Qualifications

Excellent design sense and awareness of current design trendsCapable of translating complex data in a visually compelling wayUnderstands the importance of brand and can work within established standardsAdaptability and willingness to pitch in where neededAbility to make independent decisions and use problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentAbility to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional customer service skillsDeadline management which includes managing wait times and turnaround times (TAT)Handle technical queriesBachelor's degree in area of business, or equivalent experience requiredAt least 4 years of professional presentation or graphic design experienceHigh proficiency knowledge of PowerPointProficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)Knowledge of After Effects is a huge plusExperience with charting in excelVideo editing and/or sound editing skills are a plusKnowledge of print design a plusFinancial industry experience is a plus

Additional Information

The national pay range for this role is $52,500 to $93,400 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
