Job Title: Mechanical Designer
Job Description
Work with Engineers in creating 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks. Create detail drawing packages for manufacturing and assembly of products. Perform analysis on interaction between machine components and related fits and tolerances. Produce and/or assemble prototypes and samples. Design industrial equipment.
Hard Skills
2+ years Mechanical Design Experience
2+ years experience designing industrial machinery
2+ Years experience SolidWorks design
Sheet Metal fabrication

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Fontana, California.
Work Environment
3 engineers and no designers. Manufacturing site. Will work on floor office areas with engineers. They manufacture AC Duct Equipment and the components. Machined components. Sheet metal for brackets, automated equipment. Supporting engineers with design and drafting of various different machined. 6ft by 12 ft wide, 150 parts pretty complicated machinery.
