Cerbo is a high-growth healthcare SaaS company, doing our part in the medical market to support holistic lifestyles and personalized medicine. Our software – Cerbo EHR – is a cloud-based electronic health records (EHR) and patient portal software system. Healthcare offices across the country – and some around the world – use Cerbo for most everything they do in their day-to-day operations. Cerbo originally started as a developer’s nights-and-weekends project. And has grown into one of the leading EHR systems for functional or “root cause” medicine and membership- or cash-based clinics. Because of our unique origins, we often approach things a bit differently. That is, success for us is not just about the bottom line. It’s more about providing a great product, operating with integrity, and supporting our clients and our team. During the past four years our team has grown, and thousands of practitioners and patients use our product. To this end, we’re looking for a Director of Marketing to join our growing team.What You’ll Do

The Director of Marketing will lead and manage all aspects of marketing for Cerbo. You will play a pivotal role in developing Cerbo’s market leadership in the EHR space for direct primary care, functional medicine, and cash-based clinics. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare technology market, a proven track record in driving growth through innovative marketing strategies and a passion for improving patient care. You will lead all marketing efforts including brand, demand gen, field marketing, customer marketing and partner marketing.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive pipeline creation aligned with the company’s business objectives.Identify market opportunities, trends, and challenges within the EHR and healthcare technology sectors.Collaborate with executive leadership to set marketing goals, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Brand Management:Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness and establish the company as a leader in the EHR industry.Ensure that all marketing materials and activities are clinic-centric and reflect the company’s mission and values.Demand Generation:Drive lead generation and customer acquisition strategies through digital marketing, content marketing, events, and other channels.Optimize marketing funnels to increase conversion rates and maximize return on investment (ROI).Leverage data and analytics to refine marketing campaigns and improve performance.Product Marketing:Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing EHR products.Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to target audiences.Develop and execute product launch plans, including communication strategies and collateral creation.Leadership:Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners, including design and marketing agency.Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and product teams to drive cohesive and effective campaigns.Foster a “yes we can” mindset within the team, promoting collaboration and problem solvingMarket Research & Competitive Analysis:Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior.Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team based on research findings.Budget Management:Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing spend, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.Customer Relationship Management (CRM):Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and analyze data to improve customer engagement and retention.Oversee the management of marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.What You’ll Bring
