Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic marketing assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate with assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our services effectively. Must have at least 1 year of experience. College degree preferred.
Responsibilities:
Support in daily administrative tasks.Assist in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.Create and manage content for social media platforms.Collaborate with location teams to enhance marketing efforts.Assist in creating and updating marketing materials, both digital and print.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.Skills:
Experience with social media marketing platforms.Knowledge of sales principles and practices.Undertanding of content marketing strategies.Create engaging content.Knowledge of advertising techniques and platforms.Familiarity with email marketing campaigns.Ability to create and manage print advertising materials.Effective writing, speaking, presenting, and active listening skills.Creativity, adaptability, and familiarity with current marketing trendsExcellent organization, time management, and prioritization abilitiesCompose and post online content on the company's website and social media accountsWrite marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc.) to augment the company's presence in the market.Good interpersonal skills, including collaborating with management, team members, clients, and customers where applicable.Education and Experience
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related equivalent of experienceExperience working in Professional Service, including the dental, chiropractic, medical, or medspa spaceAt least one year of experienceGood understanding of marketing principlesDemonstrable ability to adhere to deadlinesJob Type: Full-Time
Pay: $16 - $18 per hour
Physical Requirements
Ability to spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk using a computer.Position may require travel: Up to 20%Requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.Benefits
