This position includes providing a certain level of support as an administrative assistant directed towards ensuring the firm's sales operations are functioning smoothly. Think of it like this, successful marketing that does not amount to sales is counter-productive. We are an award-winning, entrepreneurial intellectual property (“IP”) law firm that is on track for aggressive growth. We need an experienced marketing coordinator experienced with marketing and sales to join our team and work directly with our attorneys to help our clients. The person we hire must be able to hit the ground running and work independently. Therefore, the ideal candidate should be very knowledgeable about the processes and procedures involved with marketing or at least willing to learn the requirements intimately and must have unmatched personal and professional integrity. They also should have sales experience, though experience is not required--just a willingness to expand into sales is expected. This is either a hybrid work position, meaning the days you come into the office are flexible, or in the office. At a minimum, the position will start as an in office position. The candidate we are seeking will also assist in other tasks as the business owner identifies. For example, potential new client intake procedures are all part of providing the best client experience. Responsibilities will also include maintaining attorney calendars, communicating with clients (including handling all new lead calls), developing marketing plans and budgets, and communicating with and directing internal and external marketing vendors. Attention to detail is paramount and the person we hire must be willing to “play all in” with being a team player. We love to help people learn and grow. However, from experience, for this to happen, we need people who want to learn and grow. We recognize that starting any new position will require a level of learning and growth. We only expect that what is learned is retained (meaning minimum repeat instructions). The candidate must take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding, including effectively managing a workload. Responsibilities: • Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization • Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies • Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience • Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand • Lead all marketing efforts, such as ABM, PPC, and LSA marketing efforts. • Involved in sales, including, but not limited to, initial intake, preparing engagement letters, following up with potential new clients, and coordinating new clients the right departments. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity • Candidate should have their finger on the pulse of the current marketing landscape • Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic • 2+ years of experience in Marketing or related field Compensation: $45,000

• Lead all marketing efforts, such as ABM, PPC, and LSA marketing efforts. • Involved in sales, including, but not limited to, initial intake, preparing engagement letters, following up with potential new clients, and coordinating new clients the right departments. • Other administrative duties to further assist in taking tasks off the owner's plate.
